POWERPLAY: Jonas Rathsman – Bringing You Down (French Express)
Another deep and lovely track from Swedish producer Jonas Rathsman and the French Express camp, “Bringing You Down” showcases a classic sounding house stomper with an urging vocal but it also contains a dirty bassline to bring some grit to the track.

POWERPLAY: Jaymo & Andy George – Remember (Original Mix) (Moda Black Sampler 2)
Since meeting in 2008 Jaymo & Andy have established one of the UK's most dynamic music brands, set-up two successful record labels, performed two live Radio 1 Essential Mixes, produced a cover-mount CD for Mixmag and secured two of the most important residencies in the world; We Love… Space in Ibiza and Fabric London. The new track is takem from their most recent Moda Black Vol II compilation. This is groove!

POWERPLAY: Huxley – Little Things (Bellywedge EP) (Hypercolour)
Sometimes all you need is a good bassline. Huxley knows this well, and it's beginning to seem like he can write them in his sleep. "Let It Go" - built around low-end that could drive a pop song - ignited his success last year, and now the man from Tring returns to Hypercolour for the first time since that single. Both tracks ooze with his personality: jumpy, hyper and incapable of staying still. Displaying his UK mongrel pedigree, "Little Things" minces classic hardcore rave synths with US garage-style organ riffs, adding a little something extra to the '90s house template.

POWERPLAY: Kastle – Work It Out!
Kastle has made use of a Janet Jackson sample for his new track “Work It Out.” In anticipation of his upcoming April 23 album release, the San Francisco producer is giving the groovy house tune away for free. Grab it below and look for his “Red Light” follow-up, “Make You Stay,” coming April 9th.

POWERPLAY: Bicep – Stash (Ausmusic)
Irish house stunners Andrew Ferguson and Matthew McBriar continue to flex their production muscles with an upcoming EP on Aus Music called Stash. Due out April 15th, the EP’s first track is also titled “Stash,” a bonafide head-nodder with subtle untz-effects, a funky core bassline, and overall a gorgeously hypnotic melody.

POWERPLAY: Intruder (A Murk Production) – Amame (Claude Monnet Remix) (Defected)
Murk has been instrumental in the dance music scene since the early 90′s. Tracks like "Reach for Me" and "Some Lovin’" were instant classics on dance floors and are still played to this day. Their productions were a staple in most DJ’s record bags not only in NY, but around the world, where even trance DJ’s like Paul Oakenfold were playing their tracks. Some 25 years later, Ralph Falcon and Oscar G are still performing around the world and producing both as a duo and individually. Intruder is an alias that Murk conceived twenty years ago when they released a track called “U Got Me” on Murk Records. Two years after original release Claude Monnet of DSOH, France, did the best remix of this instant classic to date.

Glasgow Underground delve deep into the back catalogue of legendary American artist, DJ & producer Romanthony. Tipped as ones to watch, the Glasgow based production Jedis -  Mia Dora take a compelling approach to the remix job at hand, tearing up the EQ with determined throbs of bassline migraine and processed analogue swank, stitched up by tangled ropes of retro 909 action and juddering squares, twisted vox editing and a hellfire rave breakdown from the 4th dimension.
